Suggested repliesWhen a question comes up, SSARvent suggests a possible reply. You decide whether to use it.

Your AI, your keyYou choose the AI provider and use your own API key. Text goes straight from your device to that provider.

Stays on your deviceNo SSARvent servers, no analytics, no ads. Accounts are local to your device; delete everything at any time.

Always visibleSSARvent only listens after you confirm that everyone knows, and shows a clear indicator while it listens.

Suggested replies, summaries and evaluations are generated by AI and can be wrong; they are not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. SSARvent is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, compensate for or monitor any medical condition.

Use it responsibly

Tell everyone first. Always inform the people present that the conversation is being transcribed by an AI assistant, and get their consent wherever the law or the rules of the place require it. Stop if anyone objects. Our consent notice has ready-to-use texts in 9 languages.
For personal use. SSARvent is intended for personal, non-professional use. We recommend not using it for work or business conversations unless you have informed the participants, obtained their consent where required and complied with the GDPR as data controller.
No interviews, exams or tests. Never use SSARvent in job interviews, exams, tests or any assessment where outside help is not allowed, and never to deceive anyone.
You are in charge. You decide when, where and how you use SSARvent and whether to use a suggestion, and you are responsible for that use. Users must be 18 or older.
